- Brand new in-mould forming & laser blade cutting are in same one station. It is fully automatic in stacking, precise punching and cutting.
- The whole set adopts YASKAWA servo motion controller, including motion, temperature control, the mold guide head, temperature sensing detection, human-machine interface operation, and tunnel type heating.
- It is suitable for the concave and the convex mold forming, which adopts the integration of positive and negative air pressure, laser blade cutting, heat forming and mould cutting.
- There are two stations: forming cutting + stacking.
